For years we've been customers of another nearby pizza establishment and recently had changed to give Dominos in Willow Grove a try. Every pizza has been hot when delivered, and with their online tracker you know when your pizza is on its way. I have never waited more than 30 min. For our food. This is not the first time my orders from the past have been messed up without any excuses. Last time I've order the pizza was incorrectly made, prior towards that, cheesy bread was missing, and now the delivery driver forgets my drink and with an hour after receiving my food the driver has STILL YET to arrive. No apologies were given, I was never credited for the mistakes for the past orders. I've called the driver three times to see where he is at and still no answer. Be assured, I'm never ordering again and I'm going to deter everyone from order from this store ever again. Expect this same review on all social media outlets and food rating websites..

I order from this location more than I'd like to admit and I have always been 100% pleased. My orders have always been just as I placed them, arrive in a reasonable time frame and the drivers are always friendly. Web ordering is sooo easy. I guess that's why I am a frequent customer. I'll admit, this is a guilty pleasure. Of the 3 "fast food" pizza chains (Papa John's, Pizza Hut) this is my favorite. It is what it is. You're at home, drinking with friends, and all of a sudden it's midnight. Damn. We need food. Ok, who can drive? Domino's can! This location is very efficient, the pizza tracker is fun to watch, and you've seen the commercials. I know I have. Domino's had stepped up their game. I dig the pizzas and sandwiches, I can't recommend the pasta.

I called at 1030am which is a half hour before they opened. They answered the phone and had no problem taking my order. I ended up ordering 11 medium pizza's for my staff. I asked that they be ready by 1230pm. When I showed up 10 minutes early my order was ready and waiting for me. All of the pizza's were hot and fresh. KUDOS to the staff at Willow Grove Domino's. I guarantee we will be ordering from them again.
